Recipe Review: Chicken with Parmesan Noodles

Out of the few recipes I’ve tried over the past couple days this recipe has probably been my least favorite. It’s still really good but just not my favorite.

First, I left the carrots out because I am just not really a fan of cooked carrots. My boyfriend and I just had a salad on the side. Other than that I followed the recipe except for the refrigerated pasta, I just used regular boxed pasta.

As we were eating my boyfriend mentioned that maybe next time I shouldn’t rinse the pasta in cold water like I normally do because he thought it might help the butter melt and the pesto and parmesan cheese stick to the pasta better. I didn’t even think about it at the time but I do agree. It had a nice taste, I really like pesto and there was a decent amount so I really enjoyed it. It’s a recipe I would make again and just do a couple things differently and while I think it’s worth a try, I definitely enjoyed the other recipes I reviewed more.
